Pembuatan Running text Sebagai Media Layanan Informasi di Kantor Nagari Padang Air Dingin

Abstract

Information media plays a crucial role in delivering information from the Village Government to the community. The problem identified at the Padang Air Dingin village office is the lack of information dissemination facilities, such as easily visible announcements for the public. A Running text display is one type of electronic device that can be used as an effective and efficient information service medium. Utilizing the Running text as an information service medium aims to enhance the effectiveness of information delivery within the village office environment through the implementation of a running text-based electronic information system. This system is built using a microcontroller and an LED matrix panel, capable of displaying information in real-time and being easily updated. Implementation was carried out collaboratively with the village government, accompanied by training on the use and maintenance of the device. This solution enables the rapid delivery of important announcements to the community and strengthens the village's communication infrastructure
